HostMotion is a service operated under the trading name Billion Ads Agency ("HostMotion", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit hostmotion.net, purchase a service, upload materials, contact us or receive a finished delivery.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, order and transaction references, property details, listing link, production instructions, support messages, consents and the images or other materials you submit. Whop processes payment details; HostMotion receives transaction information needed to confirm and administer the order but does not store your full card number. We also process essential device, log and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How and why we use information
We use information to confirm payment, fulfil the contract, create and deliver your videos, provide the included revision and support, secure the service, prevent fraud, keep business records and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service. We rely on consent for optional marketing, non-essential tracking and any public portfolio or advertising use of your finished video.
Property images and finished videos
Uploaded property images are stored privately and used only to produce and support your order. They are automatically deleted 30 days after submission. Private delivery links expire after seven days. Order, payment, customer and support records may be kept longer where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Finished videos may be retained as reasonably necessary for delivery, the included revision and support, unless deletion is requested and no legal reason requires continued retention.
No public use without permission
Your images and finished videos are never published, placed in our portfolio or used in HostMotion advertising without your separate, explicit written or recorded permission. That permission is optional, is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect lawful use that occurred before it was withdrawn.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers that help us operate the service, including Whop for checkout, Supabase for authentication, databases and private storage, Resend and Google Workspace for communications, and our website hosting provider. These providers process information only for their contracted functions and under their own security and privacy commitments. Some providers may process information outside Albania; where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential storage and cookies may be used for security, authentication and website operation. Meta, Google, Whop or similar analytics and advertising technologies may be introduced to measure campaigns, understand conversions and improve marketing. Non-essential technologies will be activated only after consent where required. You may reject them when the consent notice appears. Your choice is stored on your device.
Marketing
We send promotional email only when you opt in or another lawful basis applies. You can unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us. Service messages about payment, uploads, production and delivery are necessary to fulfil your order and are not marketing messages.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Albania's Information and Data Protection Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Age requirement
HostMotion is intended only for customers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.
Security and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including private storage and controlled access. No internet service is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when the service, providers or law changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
