Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern purchases and use of HostMotion. HostMotion is a service operated under the trading name Billion Ads Agency ("HostMotion", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

The service

HostMotion creates AI-assisted, human-checked promotional property videos from customer-supplied images and information. Unless the offer shown before purchase states otherwise, the package includes one horizontal 16:9 MP4 and one vertical 9:16 MP4, plus one light revision.

Order, payment and contract

The price, currency and package details displayed before checkout form part of your order. Payment is processed securely by Whop. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and HostMotion creates the order record. You remain responsible for any tax or charge that applicable law places on you.

Materials and production start

You must submit 15–25 suitable property images, accurate property information and any required instructions through the private upload link. Production begins only after payment and all required materials are received. By submitting the materials, you request that HostMotion begin the personalised service immediately. Where law requires, you acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once performance begins or is completed, without limiting rights that cannot be waived.

Delivery time

The advertised five-hour production period begins when a complete and usable submission is received. Time spent waiting for replacement images, missing details or customer replies does not count toward that period. Temporary outages or events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery; if so, we will take reasonable steps to restore service and communicate material delays.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, logo, listing and other submitted item, and that the information is accurate. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential, infringing or unauthorised material. You are responsible for checking that the final video is suitable for your intended platform and complies with that platform's rules.

Creative process and included revision

HostMotion controls the production method while following the agreed brief. One light revision is included and may cover reasonable adjustments to copy, sequence, timing or music. A new image set, new brief, complete redesign or materially different creative direction is outside the included revision and may require a separate fee.

Delivery and download access

Finished files are delivered through a private link valid for seven days. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing both files before the link expires. We may assist with a replacement link where files remain available, but do not guarantee indefinite storage.

Cancellations before photo submission

Before you submit property images, you may request cancellation by emailing support@hostmotion.net and giving the specific reason. We will assess the request promptly and provide a full refund where the request is approved, where HostMotion cannot deliver, or where applicable law requires it. A change of mind alone does not create a refund right beyond mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds after submission or delivery

Once images are submitted and personalised production begins, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or HostMotion fails to deliver. You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after delivery if: the delivered video materially fails to match the promises shown in the service description before purchase; it does not use the images you submitted; or you make a valid request for the included light revision and HostMotion fails to address it after being given a reasonable opportunity. Contact us within that seven-day period with the order reference and a clear description of the issue.

Refund exclusions

To the extent permitted by law, refunds are not due for subjective preferences outside the agreed brief, issues caused by inaccurate or unauthorised customer materials, a request for a new brief or image set, failure to download before link expiry, or results controlled by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes a remedy or refund that mandatory law requires.

Licence and intellectual property

You retain rights in the materials you submit and grant HostMotion a temporary licence to process them for production, support and delivery. After full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial licence to use the delivered videos for the relevant property across listings, websites, social media, email and advertising. HostMotion retains its software, workflows, templates, methods and pre-existing creative assets.

Portfolio and advertising permission

HostMotion will not publish your images or finished video on its website, portfolio, social channels or advertisements unless you give separate, explicit written or recorded permission. Permission is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it for future use by contacting support@hostmotion.net.

No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee bookings, enquiries, advertising performance, platform approval or any particular commercial result. Third-party services such as Whop, listing platforms, advertising networks and social platforms operate under their own terms and availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer remedies.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@hostmotion.net so we can try to resolve the issue. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of your habitual residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future orders by publishing a revised date. The Terms accepted when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. For support, cancellation, refunds, privacy or legal enquiries, email support@hostmotion.net.
